Chinook Footwear

Chinook Footwear, a work boot manufacturing located in the Pacific Northwest was looking to reinvigorate growth and sharpen its product portfolio. We collaborated to conduct consumer insights, competitor benchmarking and retail benchmarking.

The result was a codified product strategy including a target consumer profile that informed new assortment and creation criteria. Additionally, we suggested new wholesale and direct to consumer tactics to capitalize on this refined positioning.  

By leveraging digital tools we illustrated these tactics through new product renderings and digital activation examples. Our expertise and strategic insights helped Chinook Footwear capitalize on opportunities and solidify its presence in the work boot marketplace.
