Allbirds Go-To-Market Process

Allbirds required a more robust go-to-market process as it transitioned from startup to a business requiring seasonal product excellence, cross-functional alignment, and reliable financial forecasting.

We worked closely with Allbirds product development teams and manufacturing partners to establish clear development timelines and sample deliverables. This included precise testing windows to evaluate prototypes and implement consumer feedback.

We developed anchoring stage gates, serving as pivotal checkpoints throughout the go-to-market journey. Focused on planning the season, seasonal development and product sell-in each stage gate had defined ownership, deliverables, outcomes, and supporting tools.

We facilitated process documentation and training to ensure adoption. The result was new capabilities across the organization that delivered against the go-to-market objectives.
