Running, basketball, global football and sportswear, not only drive the footwear business but also shape the culture of sport. As a company at the forefront of innovation, Nike sought to consistently deliver breakthrough innovation across these most important footwear categories.

We were tasked with establishing category innovation constructs tailored to each of these segments, ensuring Nike would shine brightest in pivotal sport moments like the Olympics, World Championships, and World Cup.

Our approach involved in-depth trend forecasting to anticipate evolving market demands and consumer preferences. We collaborated closely with the Nike Sports Research Lab to gain insights into athlete performance challenges, enabling us to understand the unique needs of athletes in each category. The culmination of our efforts was the development of a set of evergreen benefits that served areas for Nike's product designers and developers to explore innovative solutions.
